1. Use of the Application

Geoshub Mobile is designed to help professionals collect, manage, and synchronize geoscience and business process data. The app works offline and syncs when internet connectivity is available.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account and Authentication

Some features may require authentication via Google Sign-In. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access specific data (such as uploading files to Google Drive) as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not store your login credentials or your Google Drive data.

3. Google Drive Integration

The Application uses Google Drive API to:

• Upload files you collect (images, audio, form data) to your Google Drive
• Create organized project folders under your Google account

You retain full ownership and control of your Google Drive files. The Application will not share your data without your consent.

4. Offline Usage

Most features operate offline. You are responsible for syncing your data when connectivity becomes available.

We are not liable for data loss caused by failure to sync or device-related issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and source code are the intellectual property of PT Intechgrasi Global Teknologi unless stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Application without prior written permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we aim to provide a reliable and secure Application, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Application, including data loss or business interruption.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.
